Paola M. Roldan

Paola M. Roldan, LMSW, attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1999 and Master in Social Work in 2003 at the University of Houston.  Throughout her career, she has worked with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, children who have experienced child abuse and neglect, hospice patients and their families, and immigrant families/adolescents.  Paola focuses on a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach in her client-centered therapy.  She helps children, individuals, and families work through family dynamic challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and traumatic experiences.  In addition, she helps clients work through life transitions within careers, divorce, and loss.  Paola is a bilingual licensed social worker who strongly believes in empowering others by working together in virtual and in-person psychotherapy.
