About Us

Stone Creek was started in 2003. We are the most established private practice in the West Houston/Katy area. Stone Creek is owned by directors Dianne W Appolito, LCSW and Dana D Debes, LCSW, both being graduates of the University of Houston.  We are in our privately owned 4200 square foot clinic.  We have four administrative staff and eleven therapists. We continue to grow our clinical team, with most therapists remaining with us for many years.

Meeting the behavioral health needs of our clients is our primary focus. We assist them with a comprehensive range of services by teletherapy or in our office  – each implemented compassionately, and in the spirit of collaboration. Through the lens of our unique approach, we accompany individuals and their families on the journey toward self -growth and personal enhancement.

All In One Service

Our Approach to Treatment

Our approach focuses on not only the client as an individual but also within the context of the systems in which they live.

The Neurosystemic approach also takes the client’s neurological makeup into consideration.

With this unique new model in mind, we have developed a center equipped to treat mental health issues from the inside out, by focusing on internal causes related to their emotional and chemical makeup as well as external triggers in their surrounding systems.

Trusted & Experienced

A NeuroSystemic Approach

At Stone Creek, we utilize a unique Neurosystemic Approach. We believe that for counseling to be effective, we must address all areas of our clients’ health. Our work reflects a commitment to this value and we make it our mission to engage clients in multiple areas of their growth and healing.
