Jennie Sciba, M.Ed

Jennie Sciba earned her Master of Education in Exceptionality from the University of St. Thomas. She has current certifications in Special Education (EC-12), as an Educational Diagnostician (EC-12), and over 15 years’ experience working in education. Jennie spent eleven years teaching students with various disabilities and ability levels. During this time, she also served as the upper elementary team leader, mentor teacher, curriculum coordinator, and assessment coordinator. She interned with Katy Independent School District for her diagnostician certification. Her diagnostic experience includes a private clinic assisting with Psychoeducational Evaluations, Independent Educational Evaluations, and Psychological Assessments. She also worked in the public-school system as an assessment leader. Jennie has specialized training in dyslexia assessment, intervention, and remediation through the Neuhaus Education Center and Barton Reading and Spelling System.
