Christine Cloar, Ph.D.
Christine Cloar, Ph.D. earned her Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Special Education Leadership from Capella University in 2018. She earned a Master of in Education, Specialization in Education Diagnostician at Houston Baptist University in 2011. Dr. Cloar has over 12 years of experience in special education instruction. She understands educational trends in special education as well as experience and application of research and evidence-based practices in special education. As an Educational diagnostician, Dr. Cloar brings her are expertise on learning disabilities, teaching methods, and academic assessment. The assessment method determines how the student learns and processes information and determines whether there is the presence of a learning difference (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia). Her experiences allow her to help children to excel and get the educational support needed to close academic gaps in school. She also possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations related to Special Education programs.
