Jessica Gutierrez, LMSW completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Metropolitan State University and Master of Social Work at Saint Catherine University. Her education and experience have focused on adolescents and adults. As a licensed Master of Social Work, her focus is on providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional-defiant disorder (ODD), disruptive mood deregulation disorder (DMDD), Bipolar, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, self-harm, grief, and family conflict. Her approach to helping is grounded in evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Person Centered, and Gestalt Therapy
Jessica is deeply committed to the well-being of her clients and strives to empower them to take control of their mental health, and to achieve lasting recovery and overall well-being. She understands that every client is unique and that’s why she works closely with them to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.
